• Maximize vendor relationships to achieve quality service while increasing savings for medical products, services and diagnostic testing
• Provide on-line claim information through the use of Claims Data Warehouse
• Are available for claim reviews - on-site or telephonic
• Provide scheduled claim status reports upon request
• Are willing to customize claims handling and service agreements upon request
• Offer dedicated support to our claim administrators through our Captive Claims Unit
